The Simpson Cancer Society is overseen by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Board is responsible for setting organizational strategy, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, approving budgets, and monitoring the effective use of donated funds.

The daily operations of the Simpson Cancer Society are led by the Executive Director and staff, who carry out board-approved programs and fundraising activities. Leadership reports to the Board regularly to maintain accountability and transparency.
